MARIEDA SERVICES & COMMUNICATION was founded in 2021 on a simple observation: Ivorian companies do not need a different supplier for every trade that keeps them running. They need one that answers.

A word from the managing director
We founded MARIEDA in 2021 on a simple conviction: a company should not have to chase a different supplier to get a report printed, an office wired, a team trained and its guests received. It should be able to turn to one house, and be well received there.
The house is young; the trade is not. Those who run it were leading building sites, workshops and receptions long before they did so under this name — and they did not start alone: the suppliers, workshops and specialists we work with today, we had already tested elsewhere. That is what allows us to answer for everything we announce: we are discovering neither these trades, nor the people to whom we entrust a part of them.
The name comes from my two daughters, Marie and Danielle. It reminds me every day why I insist the work be done properly: because you put your name on it.
My days start early, with the review of live files, and carry on at the office or out on site. That is where things get settled: a site gets visited, a floor plan gets checked on site, a press proof gets looked at on paper. If you have a project, let’s talk.

The team and the house
A permanent team — interior architects, engineers, technicians, project managers, hosts and hostesses — organised around a Methods department and an Equipment and Logistics department.
Our offices also house a workwear workshop — T-shirts, tunics, shirts and overalls printed or embroidered in your colours, with a prototype approved before the run and sizes taken from your own teams.
Our alliances
A house that claims to master everything alone ends up doing part of what it sells badly. We chose the opposite: what our workshops produce, they produce in full; what calls for a sharp speciality is entrusted to a partner we have tested on our own files before offering them to you.
These alliances are not opened at the whim of a tender. They can be counted on one hand, they last, and they rest on three requirements: methods we know, deadlines that hold, and the acceptance that final responsibility stays with MARIEDA. The quotation, the invoice, the schedule and the point of contact do not change.
The digital side of the IT & Digital Solutions division works this way, with an agency based in Cocody. This website is the exhibit — you are reading it.
Our scope
Everything stated here is ours to answer for. We sell nothing we do not stand behind: what our workshops produce, and what we entrust to a partner we chose and whom we hold to account.
- 01 Communication & Events Corporate, digital and integrated communication, advertising space buying. Design and production of events: galas, official ceremonies and corporate conferences as much as weddings, birthdays and family commemorations. Scenography, technical and logistical management, hosting, catering.
- 02 Human capital Recruitment, staff supply and outsourced staff management: close to 5,000 people recruited and managed for public bodies, port and industrial groups and private companies. Personnel administration, payroll, labour compliance, continuing and qualifying training.
- 03 Printing & Production Printing on every substrate, signage, promotional items, workwear and corporate publications, from the file to the product delivered assembled.
- 04 Building & Civil Works Structural works, design-and-build as main contractor, refurbishment, civil engineering and borehole construction.
- 05 Property & Fit-out Property management, brokerage, interior architecture and fit-out, office and home furnishing.
- 06 IT & Digital Solutions IT maintenance and corporate network cabling, tested backups, supply of office equipment and consumables. Plus the digital side: a website designed, hosted and maintained, business applications, online visibility — delivered with our technical partner.
