The need
As long as the network holds, nobody thinks about it. The day it fails, the company stops: accounting cannot back up, reception cannot print, management cannot reach its files. The real cost is not the repair, it is the lost day — and that day does not come back.
We work on the opposite: an inventoried estate, certified cabling, verified backups, a written response time. The aim is not to fix things quickly, it is to need fixing less often.
What we do
Deliverables, not skills: each one can be ordered, measured and signed off.

Estate maintenance contract
Hardware inventory, updates, antivirus, cleaning, on-site and remote support. Response time and scope defined in the contract.

Corporate network cabling
Route study, trunking and cable tray installation, patching in the rack, outlet labelling. Acceptance with per-pair link certification, patching schedule handed over.

Racks and workstations
Installation of 19-inch racks, patch panels, switches, UPS units. Standardised labelling and photographic documentation.

Wireless access points
Coverage survey, access point installation, separation of guest and internal networks, captive portal on request.

Backup and restore
Setting up local and off-site backup and — this is the part that counts — a real, documented restore test at defined intervals.

Equipment supply
Desktops and laptops, printers and multifunction devices, projectors, UPS units. Delivered configured, manufacturer’s warranty passed on. Furniture and partitioning on the same project belong to the Property & Fit-out division.

Office consumables
Cartridges and toners, paper, supplies. Replenishment on threshold, to avoid running out at month end.
How we work

Estate and network audit
Survey of the hardware, the topology and the weak points. Written report with priorities: what must be dealt with now, what can wait, what does not need replacing at all.

Costing by package
Each priority is costed separately so that you can spread the spend across several financial years without losing the coherence of the whole.
- 03
Work outside business hours
Cabling work and network cutovers are done in the evening or at the weekend. Business does not stop.
- 04
Acceptance and documentation
Link certification, patching schedule, up-to-date inventory, procedures handed to your team. The documentation stays yours, including if you change supplier.
