Division 03 — MARIEDA

Printing & Production

What exists on screen must exist in the hand

Printing on every substrate, signage, promotional items, workwear and corporate publications, from the file to the product delivered assembled.

A

The need

A print order is one of the few line items where a mistake cannot be recovered. A file in RGB instead of CMYK, a missing bleed, a font left unoutlined, and you have five hundred brochures in the wrong colours the day before a trade show. The run is paid for, and the date does not move.

We check the files before anything is launched, and we submit a press proof. What you approve is what you receive. If a file is not fit for print, we correct it or redraw it — and we tell you beforehand, not afterwards.

B

What we do

Deliverables, not skills: each one can be ordered, measured and signed off.

  • Corporate publications

Annual reports, brochures, catalogues, leaflets. Coated or offset papers from 90 to 350 gsm, perfect binding or saddle stitching, matt or gloss lamination, spot varnish.

  • Roll-up banners

85 × 200 cm, 440 gsm anti-glare substrate, aluminium cassette and carry bag, delivered assembled and tested.

  • Banners and street bunting

510 gsm PVC with hems and eyelets every 50 cm, large-format printing, installation on site in Abidjan on request.

  • Signage and stand dressing

PVC and dibond panels, cut vinyl lettering, window graphics, photocall walls, counter dressing.

  • Stationery and administrative forms

Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, notepads, presentation folders, numbered carbonless pads, laminated badges.

  • Promotional items

Pens, USB keys, bottles, embroidered or screen-printed textiles, end-of-year gift sets. Sample approved before the run is launched.

  • Workwear — in-house workshop

T-shirts, tunics, shirts and overalls printed or embroidered, made in our own workshop. Prototype approved before the run, sizes taken on site.

  • File preparation and checking

CMYK conversion, 3 mm bleed, crop marks, font outlining, certified digital proof on request.

C

How we work

  1. 01

    Quotation against a specification

Format, substrate, weight, finishing, quantity, deadline. The unit price falls quickly with quantity: we systematically price two or three tiers so that you can arbitrate.

  2. 02

    File checking

Colour, resolution, bleed, fonts. We report every non-conformity in writing and propose the correction before invoicing anything.

  3. 03

    Press proof

A proof approved by you, on paper for sensitive runs. It is the reference document in the event of a dispute — for you as much as for us.

  4. 04

    Production and delivery

Printing, finishing, quality control, delivery on site. Items that need assembling (roll-ups, stands) are delivered assembled and checked.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked before an order is placed. The answers are binding: you may hold us to them in person.

What files do you need to start a print job?

A vector PDF with bleed, or the working files with the fonts. If all you have is a low-resolution logo — the most common case — we redraw it as vector before printing: charged once, and you leave with a reusable file that belongs to you.

Do you deliver items assembled and installed?

Yes. Roll-ups, stands, shop signs, site boards and window graphics are delivered assembled and installed on site. Vehicle wrapping is done in our workshop, with the vehicle off the road for half a day.

Do you manufacture garments, or buy them in to brand them?

Both, depending on the need. We brand ready-made garments when quantities are small or the deadline short, and we manufacture to measure in our own workshop whenever the cut, the fabric or the size is not available off the shelf — workwear, uniforms, hosting and runway outfits.
