Division 01 — MARIEDA
Communication & Events
Speak up, and hold the day itself
Corporate, digital and integrated communication, advertising space buying. Design and production of events: galas, official ceremonies and corporate conferences as much as weddings, birthdays and family commemorations. Scenography, technical and logistical management, hosting, catering.
D−0
A production team that depends on no one else
Scenography, sound, lighting, furniture, signage, hosting and catering are run by the same team, under one schedule and one invoice. On the day of the event there is no supplier to chase: there is a stage manager answerable for the room, from the first rig to the final strike.
The need
You have something to celebrate or to announce — a result, an appointment, a launch, a company anniversary, a wedding, a commemoration — and the day has to be beautiful without anything giving way. The difficulty is almost never the budget: it is coordination. The printer is waiting for files, the sound company, the caterer and the photographer each work on their own side, and nobody has the overall view. You do, on top of your own job — or, if it is your own celebration, on top of being the person everyone has come to see.
We take that coordination on. A single point of contact, a dated schedule, a budget agreed before any order is placed, a full rehearsal on site, and one invoice. The same teams produce a ministry’s ceremony and a family’s wedding: the requirements of protocol, safety and timekeeping are no more negotiable on one side than on the other.
What we do
Deliverables, not skills: each one can be ordered, measured and signed off.
-
Institutional and corporate events
Galas, official ceremonies, inaugurations, general meetings, conferences and conventions. Site survey, floor plan, scenography, sound and lighting, signage, welcome protocol, running the day minute by minute.
-
Weddings, birthdays and commemorations
Family ceremonies produced with the same crew as our institutional events: finding and surveying the venue, decoration and floral scenography, seating plan, procession and protocol, sound and lighting design, entertainment, catering and celebration cake, coordination of every supplier through to the strike.
-
Event logistics and equipment
Marquees and covers, stands, stages, generators, sound systems, giant screens, lighting, projectors, furniture and VIP seating. Delivered, installed, collected.
-
Hosting, hostesses and activation
Reception and promotional hosts and hostesses, point-of-sale activation, staging, product demonstrations and tastings. Uniforms made in our own workshop.
-
Catering and the art of receiving
Cocktails, buffets, seated dinners, table service, pastry and tiered cakes. Quantities calibrated on confirmed covers, not on invitations sent.
-
Annual communication plan
Dated calendar of announcements, messages by audience, budget by action, monitoring indicators. Delivered as an editable working document.
-
Visual identity and brand guidelines
Vector logotype, monochrome and reversed versions, colour palette, typefaces, office templates. Application guidelines supplied as a PDF.
-
Translation and interpreting
Bilingual protocol, simultaneous and whispered interpreting, guides. Headsets and booths supplied with the sound package.

How we work
- 01
Framing
One working session with your teams: objective, audience, internal constraints, deadline, budget. We come out of it with a written framing note that you approve before any money is spent.
- 02
Design
Creative proposal and dated schedule. Two rounds of amendments are included in the budget. Nothing goes into production without a signed press proof.
- 03
Production and rehearsal
We contract and run the suppliers, then rig and rehearse on site before the doors open: sound, lighting, guest flow, service. You get a weekly progress point and one number to call.
- 04
The day, and the report
A stage manager holds the running order, minute by minute, through to the strike. After the event: photos and video delivered, press coverage where relevant, actual budget compared with the forecast.
